Cancellation Policy

Creatora AI provides subscription-based digital software services. This policy explains how customers may cancel recurring Creatora AI subscriptions and eligible recurring add-ons.
Subscription Cancellation
A workspace owner or administrator with billing-management access can cancel an active paid subscription from the Plan & Billing area of the Creatora AI dashboard using the Cancel subscription control. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. If you cannot access that control, contact Creatora AI support for subscription assistance.
Effect of Cancellation
Cancellation prevents future renewal charges when the current paid billing period ends. Where applicable, you can continue using paid features through the end of the period already paid for. After that period, the workspace switches to the Free plan and access is limited to the features and usage available on that plan.
Cancellation vs Refund
Cancellation does not automatically mean a refund. Cancellation controls future subscription renewals; refund eligibility for amounts already charged is governed separately by our Refund Policy.
Recurring Add-ons
If Creatora AI offers a recurring Social Publishing Add-on or Connected Social Account Add-on, cancellation of an add-on billed by Creatora AI prevents future renewal charges according to its applicable billing cycle. Use the available account billing controls or contact support for help with an eligible add-on.
Failed Payments
If a recurring payment fails, paid features may be restricted or suspended according to the applicable subscription and payment state. Contact support if you need help resolving a billing issue.
Account Deletion
Subscription cancellation is separate from account deletion. Cancelling a subscription does not automatically delete your Creatora AI account or data. To request account or data deletion, visit our Data Deletion Instructions page.
